The Spiral Path is a private mentorship container for ROOTED alumni who want continued support as they live what they’ve been learning.
No new curriculum. No performance.
Just presence, pacing, and sacred attention.
This is a space for staying close to what’s real:
Navigating change from your center
Naming what’s shifting in the body and in your life
Honoring your timing, not someone else’s
Letting intuition take shape in the small and large movements of your day
Letting what’s tender be seen and held
What if I didn’t finish ROOTED – or barely started?
That’s okay. This space is especially supportive if you felt the depth of ROOTED but had trouble moving through it on your own.
The Spiral Path isn’t about completing anything—it’s about integrating what’s ready now.
You’ll still have access to the full ROOTED platform, and I’ll be able to point you toward the practices and teachings that best support where you are in this moment.
Together, we’ll move at your pace, weaving in what resonates most—without pressure, without backlog. Just resonance, rhythm, and real-time support.

11 private sessions (90–120 minutes each) over ~4 to 6 months
Held via Zoom, with advance but flexible scheduling
Begins any time from now through the last full week of June/first week of July
Session notes and practices shared between calls
Option for voice/text support between sessions
Personalized guidance drawn from my toolkit: yoga therapy, subtle body attunement, somatics, nervous system tracking, feminine and animist frameworks, and ritual-based work
