INWARD

Reorient to the present, centered, resourced you and let her lead.

Know what to do when your mind starts spinning —
and how to return to center in real time.

What does returning to center mean?

You have a sense of the feeling… breath deepens without trying, shoulders drop, and you don’t feel so pulled in every direction.

Maybe you’ve touched it in a yoga class. After a walk. During some time alone.

But then responsibilities come rushing back, and the ability to stay connected to that center can quickly evaporate.

For many women, it can seem that if they stop mentally managing everything… things will start falling apart.

So awareness stays dispersed — caught in the tracking, anticipating, trying to stay ahead of what needs to happen next.

It can feel almost impossible to stay connected to yourself while also keeping life moving.

Which is why this process exists.
INWARD uses precise, layered practices to create new pathways of awareness — building your capacity to return to yourself in real time, not only when life finally slows down.

Over time, there’s more space inside your experience. More choice in moments that used to feel automatic. Less need to think and manage your way through everything.

What’s missing isn’t more information or a better strategy.

It’s the capacity to find and hold your center in real time — not just think your way through your life.

We can’t think our way to center, though we try…

When we do turn our awareness toward ourselves, it often goes straight into analyzing, trying to solve or fix something. Right back into the thinking mind.

So what we experience as self-awareness can actually be closer to self-monitoring: an almost imperceptible flip where we begin noticing ourselves from the outside instead of experiencing ourselves from within. Thinking about our feelings rather than actually being with them.

So no only are you managing everything around you… you often end up managing yourself as well.

You can spend years thinking about yourself without ever learning how to stay with yourself directly.

INWARD works with the movement of attention beneath the thinking mind.

This isn’t about controlling your attention.

It’s about learning how to draw attention back into yourself, locate and anchor there, and meet what’s happening from that centered place.

In the moments that used to pull you away from yourself, you begin to notice earlier. You’re aware when your attention starts to scatter, and you don’t have to automatically follow it.

You start recognizing what’s yours and what isn’t more clearly. Your inner authority becomes easier to feel and access.

There’s more space to breathe, more room inside yourself, and less of that constant feeling that everything needs to happen right now. More choice in moments that felt automatic.

Decisions begin coming from a deeper sense of knowing — instead of urgency, pressure, or expectation.

There’s more energy available — not just for what’s needed, but for you.

What Inward Is

INWARD is built around seven somatic awareness practices designed to integrate into everyday life.

The practices follow a structured progression. Each stands on its own while also building on what came before, strengthening your ability to find and return to center more readily over time.

We meet privately every other week, giving you space between sessions to work with each practice in your actual life. Because we’re working 1:1, we can also slow down where something is opening, stay with what needs more time, and work directly with how these patterns are showing up for you.

These practices are simple and repeatable. Over time, they begin to feel less like something you “do” and more like resources you know how to access when you need them.

The intention is not to create occasional moments of calm outside your real life. It’s to change what becomes available to you inside the ordinary moments of it.

This is for you if…

  • You’ve explored meditation, yoga, therapy, or somatic work — felt what’s possible there — but it hasn’t stayed in your everyday life or made the deeper shifts you want.

  • You’re exhausted by constantly feeling mentally “on” all the time, and longing for a more spacious way of moving through your days.

  • You notice how quickly your attention moves into what’s needed, what’s expected, what makes sense — even when something in you wants something different.

  • You notice yourself physically bracing through life — tight jaw, shallow breath or tension in the shoulders — and feel the pull toward moving through your life with more ease.

  • You’re not looking for another thing to manage or keep up with… you’re looking for something that changes the way your life actually feels from the inside.

  • You’re done with prescriptions meant for someone else — you want a more direct relationship with your own knowing.

Where this comes from

I have always needed to understand how things actually work.

That’s taken me deep into understanding how awareness and connection move through different layers of experience — through years of study, practice, and my own deconditioning.

Over time I became less interested in collecting methods and more interested in the underlying patterns beneath them. This is what INWARD is built from.

I’ve always had one foot in the mystical and one in the practical. I don’t think you need to choose either.

I’ve lived these shifts. And I’m devoted to making this work more clear, grounded, and usable in real life.

If you’re someone who wants to understand not just another method, but what’s actually happening when something begins to change, you’ll probably feel very at home here.
