I’m here for the women
ready to live from their own deep truth —
and feel fully alive again.
This is a space for women who sense there’s more – and are tired of contorting to match what’s expected.
There’s a powerful current flowing beneath the noise.
It begins to rise as we stop shapeshifting to please, as we stop seeking permission –
and remember we must take up space in our own lives.
Most of the women I work with have done a lot – yoga, therapy, wellness, personal growth. They’ve followed the practices, tried to manage everything, stayed productive, stayed pleasing. But eventually, they reach the edge of what surface-level growth can offer. They are done with looking outside of themselves for the answers.
It’s not that they lack insight – it’s that they haven’t found a way to ground what they know into how they actually live. They are ready to feel settled in their bodies, steady in their choices, and less pulled by everything outside of them.
They’re ready to stop outsourcing their truth – and start living in a way that actually makes sense from deep inside.
That’s where my work begins. I guide women in reclaiming agency, rebuilding trust with their bodies, and learning to live from the inside out.
Not through rigid protocols or prescriptive paths, but by helping them track what’s actually happening—in their systems, their energy, their lives—and build the capacity to move through growth and change with sovereignty, long after our work together ends.
My Story:
My path has been shaped by both lived experience and deep study.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years and completed my first somatic training more than 15 years ago. Yoga was my entry into presence and devotion – a first glimpse of what it meant to inhabit the body. But over time, I began to see how even well-meaning systems could reinforce rigidity, top-down authority, and subtle disconnection from the body –especially when divorced from context, relationship, or lived experience.
For years, I followed practices that promised healing and awakening – but often left me feeling like I wasn’t quite getting it “right.” Even the most respected teachings sometimes carried unspoken ideals: purity over presence, compliance over discernment. They offered structure, but also fed a quiet habit of outsourcing my truth.
The deeper shift came when I stopped trying to earn worth through performance – and began tracking what was real in my own system. When I started listening inward – through sensation, intuition, and subtle energetic cues – I found a truth that was already alive in me.
This nervous system became my compass.
I learned that true alignment isn’t found in perfection or purity – it’s felt. It’s the sense yes of the body. The unshakeable no. The subtle return to self that unfolds not through effort, but through presence.
That shift informs how I now guide.
My work integrates yogic and tantric frameworks with somatic tracking, transpersonal inquiry, and energetic awareness – not as doctrine, but as a living field of practice. I don’t offer answers. I hold the space for you to remember yours.
My Approach:
You learn to track sensation, energy, and subtle cues – not just thoughts or symptoms.
Body-based
Non-hierarchical
You hold your answers, you are the authority on you. I hold a strong field and walk beside you.
Individually responsive
Your nervous system leads the way. Our pace adjusts to your life and your needs.
Culturally aware
We actively interrogate the systems that shape us and continue to influence our culture and the wellness world.
My Foundations:
Yoga Therapist – based on doshic and koshic frameworks (in process with IAYT practicum)
Meditation Mentor – trained in yogic, tantric, and Taoist philosophies utilizing energetic and somatic based techniques
Somatic Facilitator – with specialized training in Focusing, Parts Work and plant medicine integration
Artist + Mother – painter of sacred spaces & altar art, mother of two, student of the ocean and wild land.
My work today is trauma-informed and deeply influenced by European feminine wisdom traditions—particularly those that honor cyclical time, earth-based ritual, and the body as an instrument of knowing. I continue to study plant medicine and shamanic therapies within a lineage that bridges ancestral remembering with contemporary integration.
Creative Expression:
Art has always been a part of my life – but I didn’t fully trust my creative self until I moved through the same process I now guide clients through: coming back into the body, reclaiming intuition, and releasing the need for outside validation.
Painting is now one of my most intimate spiritual practices.
It’s also one of the ways I support clients – through altar cards, energetic artwork, and personalized pieces created to anchor intention in their spaces.

Honoring Lineage & Land:
I live and work on unceded Taíno land now called Culebra, Puerto Rico. I humbly acknowledge the complexity of living here as white skinned woman from the US and continue to listen, learn and honor the history of this place and people.
I carry awareness of the privilege that allowed me to pursue this work – time, education, access – and I hold that awareness as part of the responsibility I bring to this field.
I don’t claim to invent the systems I work with. These practices come from traditions carried across time. My role is to help translate them into meaningful support for modern life, especially for women navigating complex, contradictory cultural demands.
