Each week, we move downward through the body’s centers of awareness — from the crown of the head to the ground beneath your feet. This isn’t about adding abstract theory; it’s about re-patterning awareness so your energy circulates through your whole system and steadies you from within.

For some women, this work begins on a different timeline. If you’re feeling drawn to this work sooner — or curious about entering it through private mentorship, you’re welcome to reach out. I take on 1:1 work selectively and by alignment, with occasional availability between Rooted cycles.
When the process is in a private container, the pacing is slower and more responsive — shaped around what’s actually present in your system rather than a fixed weekly arc. The terrain is the same, but the way we move through it is personal and unfolds over time.
